You have no status at this hotel but they are treating you like royalty. Where are you? St. Regis? Park Hyatt? Category 4 Marriott?!

A great property indeed … we our 3-night stay to 13 nights where we were accommodated with an awesome 2-bedroom suite upgrade.
Can’t be a SPG St. Regis as a gold I usually get nothing. Can’t be a Hyatt as Platinum I usually get nothing and last time I got the absolute worst room possilbe at Hyatt Kauai. I’ll go with Marriott.
