According to the mall terms, you’re supposed to pay with the Ink card to get the bonus points. In my own experience, buying the Kohls gift cards at Office Depot for an additional 5x points and then going through the portal and paying with the gift cards for a grand total of 15x points per dollar has worked. I know the Mall is spotty with these bonuses, but it’s worked fine for me so far.
