Last week we broke the news about Delta’s new Uber Elite 360 program for global jet-setters who spend more time in the air with Delta than their significant others. This week, we bring you images of the invitations that went out shortly after we broke the news.
The 360 invitation was delivered in a FedEx package. Upon opening the envelope inside was black and said “Welcome To The Circle.”
The message was crisp and clean, just like an executive wrote it.
Dear [Global Jet-setting Baller],
On behalf of our more than 80,000 employees worldwide, I would like to personally thank you for your business and loyalty.
You are one of our most valued Diamond Medallion® members, and we know that as often as you travel, you want a smooth and seamless journey. That’s why we developed an invitation-only trial program called Delta 360. The trial will run through February 2014 and will focus on improving your travel experience. We’ll closely monitor your travels and do our best to ensure your trips are hassle-free by providing:
- The highest level of service from our Reservations Specialists and top priority call response from our Delta 360 desk; simply call the phone number on the back of your Medallion card and upon entering your SkyMiles number you will be routed to our dedicated team.
- Assistance in making tight connections, in select airports
- Day-of-travel monitoring and proactive rebooking by a dedicated team of Specialists Highest rebooking priority if your flight changes
We hope you will begin to notice these program benefits when you travel with us. As we learn more about your travel patterns, we will continue to tailor our improvements to best suit your needs.
