Chase and United Airlines announced that they will be opening VIP Lounges for Chase United MileagePlus Explorer Card members this holiday season at malls in both New Jersey, and San Francisco, which are both near two of United’s major hubs.

What are the Lounge’s hours of operation?
The VIP Lounge is open from 11am until mall closing most days.
What can I expect in the Lounge?
The VIP Lounge is open to all Chase United Credit Card members and features complimentary gift-wrapping, coat and bag check, and snacks and beverages, including fresh baked goods, packaged snacks, soda, bottle water, and coffee, plus café-style seating and flat screen TVs. Cardmembers will be asked to show a photo ID along with their Chase United Credit Card to enter.
Can any Chase Credit Card get me into the lounge?
Only Cardmembers that have a Chase United Credit Card will be granted access to the lounge.
May I bring a guest with me to the lounge?
Yes, each Cardmember may bring up to three guests to the lounge.
What are Football Sundays?
All TVs in the VIP Lounge will be tuned to local and national pro football games on Sundays.
What are Toys for Tots Tuesdays?
You can drop off a new, unwrapped toy in its original packing for Toys for Tots and you’ll receive one United Club pass as our thanks to you. Please read Toys for Tots Donation rules.
What can I expect during an Inside Access event?
Inside Access events are private meet-and-greet sessions with noteworthy guest speakers. Tickets to an Inside Access event cover your entire experience, including refreshments. To see all of our Inside Access events, go to InsideAccess.com.
How many gifts can I get wrapped?
We respectfully request a maximum of two gifts per person so we can accommodate as many guests as possible.
What do I do if I have a question about my MileagePlus Credit Card?

What if I have recently applied and don’t have my MileagePlus Credit Card yet?
If you have recently applied for a Card you may bring your confirmation page to the lounge, and you will be granted access for the entire duration of the VIP Lounge.
How do I apply for a MileagePlus Credit Card?
You may go to TheExplorerCard.com to apply for a Card. You may also apply on site in the VIP Lounge – please ask the Brand Ambassador at the entrance desk for assistance and you will be directed to one of our activation specialists.

Had some time to kill between Dreamforce and my flight back home so I checked out the Westfield location. It’s on the 4th floor between Bose and Vans. It looked like there was a meeting going on inside (glass doors) and it definitely wasn’t fully set up yet (at least I hope not). Kind of small considering how many United cards are floating around SF. Wish I could stay till Saturday to truly check it out.
