You can do better than 9% all the time. Use the Upromise.com portal to drugstore.com for 5% cash back, and pay for it using the Barclays Upromise.com card for an additional 5% cash back.
There are a LOT of stores in the upromise.com online shopping portal… And sometimes the deals are higher than 5% in the portal for short periods of time.
