IHG Rewards typically announces a new PointBreaks list every few months, where you can score some of their hotels for only 5,000 points per night.
They just announced a new list which includes over 150 properties, which is valid for stays now through July 31, 2014.

As a dad with a large family, I see more value in some of the Staybridge Suites hotels (the IHG equivalent to Homewood Suites or Residence Inn). They had not had very many on the list before but this time there are 12, so that is encouraging for me (I understand other people have other travel goals)
