Andaz is one of my favorite hotel brands, and I’m thrilled the brand is expanding with their newest location the Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills.

This is Hyatt Gold Passport Category 6 property meaning free night awards would require 25,000 points per night or if you opted for the Points + Cash option they would be 12,500 points plus $150 USD per night.

Rooms in July are going for 41000 JPY per night ($400 USD) so depending on how you value your points, it might make sense to choose the Points + Cash option or just spend the cash.

Per their website, the hotel offers 164 rooms, of which eight are specialty suites. Wi-Fi, local calls, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages are complimentary for all registered guests.

From the tower’s apex on the 52nd floor, Andaz brings unprecedented rooftop flair to this city’s dining and entertainment scene, with breathtaking views from a Rooftop bar, the city highest stand-alone wedding chapel and flexible event and meeting spaces.

Next to Andaz Lounge on the 51st floor is the main dining venue, Andaz Tavern. The menu serves refined European provincial cuisine cooked with Japanese produce. Andaz Tokyo guests enjoy access to the AO Spa & Club on the 37th floor with a unique 20-metre pool overlooking the Imperial Palace.

Bottom Line

I’m thrilled that Tokyo now has an Andaz. Has anyone stayed here yet or have plans to?

  1. Headed that way in October and was looking at using a free night cert at the Park Hyatt Tokyo, nice to see there is another option.
