You will get yourself and two guests unlimited complimentary access to The Centurion Lounge with all food, drinks and other amenities/ services within the lounge complimentary.

All you have to do is show the agent your boarding pass (for that day,) your ID and your Business Platinum Card® for complementary access! The new Centurion Lounge at SFO is open daily from 5am to 11pm and is located at Terminal 3 near Gate 74. Bottom Line

The Centurion Lounges are great! I love being able to visit them when I travel and I look forward to visiting the new SFO one next time I am in town. I hope that they keep adding new lounges because they are awesome!
