Just about every airline and every hotel is having a sale today for Cyber Monday, and one of my favorite on-line travel gear vendors, eBags.com is having a Cyber Monday sale featuring 20 percent off your entire purchase.
The bad news is that brand exclusions apply, and those brand exclusions include: Atlantic, baggallini, Briggs & Riley, CamelBak, Delsey, Filson, Hartmann, Jack Georges, kate spade new york, LeSportsac, Lug, Michael Michael Kors, Nautica, Patagonia, Ricardo Beverly Hills, Samsonite, Skyway, Travelpro, Tumi and Victorinox.
The good news is that there is still plenty of great stuff on sale at eBags. My current top three travel gear items I purchased from eBags are also highly recommended by other shoppers:
A Few More Things About eBags Deal
- eBags participates in many airline and hotel “mileage malls” in addition to participating in the Chase Ultimate Rewards on-line shopping portal. You can currently earn 9 points per dollar spent at eBags by shopping thu Chase Ultimate Rewards. These bonus points add up quickly, especially when your purchases are for a few hundred dollars or more!
- eBags offers free shipping on purchases over $49, and they also participates in ShopRunner: on-line shopping with free 2-day shipping.
- don’t forget to enter the promo code CYBER at checkout for the 20% off today, but discounts do not apply to Black Friday Deals, Cyber Monday Deals, Steal of the Day, or Steals of the Season.
Bottom Line
I think eBags is a fun and easy on-line retailer to shop with. I have had one problem with an order, but they were fast and fair in resolving my problem, and that has kept me as a repeat customer. Anybody else love eBags or any products you’ve purchased from them?
IDK about the back pack and the cubes, but the GoToob is available in TJ Max and Marshalls for 9$. That is hell lot of mark up.
I second Phatmiles. Wow — for 3 empty plastic tubes within the TSA regulation costs $20?
I bought a North Face Recon a few months ago with a discount and Chase UR was offering 15x points at the time. I didn’t get the extra points credited until I sent a Chase a secure message about 8 weeks after (the max amount of time they say it takes for points to be added to your account) and they gave me the points very quickly after I sent them a copy of the receipt. This happened on Thanksgiving Day, no less!
