Per Yahoo Travel, this may just be the most expensive/nicest Boeing 747 ever! Below are some pictures of the tricked out 747-8, from Greenpoint Technologies, who designed the interior of the aircraft, so take a look.

The article states, “A ridiculously tricked-out Boeing 747-8, whose interior was refurbished by Washington-based Greenpoint Technologies, has just been delivered to an unidentified private owner. According to the Robb Report, it’s the first Boeing 747-8 (which is Boeing’s largest passenger jet) to receive Greenpoint’s VIP treatment. And it is stunningly luxurious.
How much does a flying palace like this cost? No one’s saying. But the Boeing 747-8, the world’s largest passenger jet, goes for about $350 million and the price tag for this VIP customization has been ball-parked at an additional $250 million.”
Bottom Line
Wow just wow! This Boeing 747-8 looks AWESOME and I would love to be able to fly on it someday. It would put Lufthansa First or even the new Etihad residences to shame…

What about the A380?
The 747-8 is, in some ways, larger than the A380. For example, the 747-8 is longer than the A380 by 11 feet. The 747-8 has ~43 more feet of cabin deck.
That said, in most ways, the A380 has more capacity, and is arguably the larger aircraft. That said, if I were the buyer, I’d pick the 747-8 over the A380 simply because you could fly more places with it. Currently, only 50 airports service the A380, but the 747-8 is currently certified to land at hundreds of them.
