Earlier today, I wrote about how the travel website TravelPony was having a pricing error on many of their hotels, where all the hotel room categories were coming up at the cheapest price, meaning you could book suites at the price of standard rooms.
The update to this is that Travel Pony seems to have realized what has happened and is now giving error messages when trying to book for these rooms.

In fact, I can’t get any of their hotel bookings from their site to go through right now. If you got in on the deal earlier, congrats and let’s hope they’ll honor this. As of now, it appears to be dead.

Thanks for the heads up earlier — booked a really nice private pool duplex suite for a week in Phuket for a great price. Had picked out a 3 bedroom at the Turtle Bay Resort in Hawaii for an insane discount ($3,000 for a week vs $11,000) but unfortunately it seems they were in the middle of fixing it before I could actually book it. Same for the Trump International Miami.
Ah well, if they honor my Phuket booking I’ll be happy!
I booked a suite at Turtle Bay for September at the base room rate only to get an email a few hours later stating my reservation had been cancelled. Anyone else have their reservation cancelled?
i had four nights in vegas booked for January. About 7 hours after i got my confirmation “confirmed and guaranteed” email, i got another saying it was cancelled.
