Reduced mileage awards offer eligible AAdvantage cardmembers a discount when redeeming American Airlines AAdvantage miles for one-way or roundtrip MileSAAver awards to select destinations.

Discount
Depending on the eligible AAdvantage credit card that you have, the MileSAAver mileage discount is: 5,000 round-trip / 2,500 one-way or 7,500 round-trip / 3,750 one-way. Refer to your cardmember agreement.

Eligibility requirement
This offer is for eligible AAdvantage cardmembers of the cards listed in Step 1 (“eligible cardmembers”).

Travel
Discount valid for one-way and roundtrip MileSAAver awards only. Destinations are updated every other month. Discount valid on Premium and Main Cabin travel on American Airlines, American Eagle® and US Airways where applicable, including:

Business Class on flights offering 3 classes of service
First Class on flights offering 2 classes of service
Booking requirements
Awards may be booked effective June 1, 2015 – July 31, 2015
Awards are valid for travel June 1, 2015 – September 30, 2015
Awards must be claimed by July 31, 2015
Award travel must originate in the 48 contiguous United States or Canada
