It’s always a welcome sight to see a power outlet on a plane. Getting juice during flight means your phones, iPads, computers and more will work with plenty of battery when you get to your destination.
I always plug in when I can get power from a plane. But just before departure the plane power outlets sometimes stop working. That’s when this little secret comes in handy.
How To Get Power On Airplane
When the juice is shut off its such a let down.
Simply unplug your USB cord from the power adapter.
Then locate the TV on your 737-800 or 737-900 plane.
And find the USB plug. Plug in your cord to the USB slot.
You’ll be getting juice just that quick. I’ve found that while the power outlets shut off, the USB power is still flowing.
Enjoy!
