I recently had the opportunity to check out the Houston Four Seasons Hotel. Here are my pictures and my thoughts on the hotel and my stay. Overall, I found the hotel to be a great city ‘downtown’ location. I checked in late at night and was greeted by a bellman who walked me to the front desk. I was offered a pool terrace level room but, I declined and was given a 12th floor room instead.
Four Seasons Houston Hotel Review
Lobby
There was cool local decor in the hotel.
My Room
My 12th floor room was spacious and nice. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were very soft. It was just what I would expect from a Four Seasons. My view was not great though. The room had everything that I needed and was pretty well done.
Room Service
My room service was top notch! My salad wrap had croutons in it which was a good surprise and provided a nice crunch, which I enjoyed! The french fries were as delicious as they look.

Bottom Line
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Four Season’s Houston. Unfortunately, I was only there one night and was traveling on business, so I didn’t get to check out any of the “fun” hotel amenities such as the pool or spa. The customer service was definitely above and beyond at this property, which I really appreciate. Upon checkout, the hotel staff even offered to give me a free ride to the business building that I was planning on walking to in their Four Seasons Hotel Suburban, which I gladly accepted given the heat! Overall, a great property and I will definitely be back next time in Houston!
Have they updated the bathrooms? Was it just a tub/shower combo, or do they now have step-in showers?
NYBanker – still tub/shower combo…
I love coming here when visiting in Houston. Lovely rooms, exceptional staff and great location. This property never disappoints. The four seasons quality and style can’t be beat. The spa was being refurbished on this stay which was disappointing
