Yesterday, we reported how American Airlines and United were running cheap fares between Philadelphia and Las Vegas for $36 each-way. Well, it looks like American Airlines is now running this same deal for flights between Miami and Chicago (ORD) starting at $36 (including taxes and fees) each-way.
You can search for these cheap flights on Orbitz or on the American site, and note that there is much availability for dates in September and October
Here’s a look at some flights:

Bottom Line:
This is a great deal if you’re looking for flights between Chicago and Miami. With a total fare of $36 including taxes and fees, it’s really hard to beat this.
Though not as lucrative as yesterday’s deal for miles, this is still a decent way to rack up some elite-qualifying miles, you might want to consider these domestic trips for mileage runs as well.
Do you plan booking this deal, feel free to let us know!

Thank you for tweeting this. I’ve been monitoring FLL daily for Columbus Day and this post spurred me to check. DL at $91 has been the cheapest option, but AA is $48 today!
The very second I got into work yesterday I booked the PHL-LAS flight for $36. Needless to say I was the envy of the office, and now folks are wondering how I stumble across these great deals. All things considered this will be my second mileage run to Vegas this year with the first next week. BWI-PHX-LAS-PHX-CLT-BWI.
