What is UberEATS?

UberEATS is an on-demand meal delivery service powered by the Uber mobile app. We partner with the best local restaurants to bring you a daily curated meal in 10 minutes or less with the same cashless payment as an Uber ride. So all you need to do is tap a button and wait for the goodness to arrive.

How do I order a meal?

It’s as easy as requesting a ride:

1. Open the Uber app and select the meal icon at the top of the screen.

2. Type in your location

3. Add menu items to your cart

4. Place order and your meal will be curbside in minutes

How much are the meals?

UberEATS offers different meals at different prices for lunch and dinner. There is typically a $3 delivery fee ($4 in NYC), regardless of the number of meals you order.

Bottom Line

I am a big Uber fan and now I can’t wait to try UberEats! If you live where UberEats is available already, please feel free to post a comment on how it is. If you haven’t tried Uber yet, what are you waiting for? Uber is pretty great you can get picked up with the click of the app! If you haven’t tried Uber, you can sign up with my referral and you will get $20 off your first ride!

Comments

  1. So after the meal is delivered, and the next passenger requests an Uber ride with the same car that delivered the food, how good is the car gonna smell ?

Unless, Uber will be using dedicated cars or motorcycles (which wouldn’t make any logical or economic sense), I think this might not be the greatest of ideas.
