Earlier this summer, we posted about an amazing deal-  Mistake Rate: Grand Hyatt Santiago for $2 per Night, where American Express Platinum Cardholders were able to book rooms at the Grand Hyatt Santiago Chile at $1,600 CLP which is $2.42 USD per night.
We then announced that after speaking to Amex on the phone that they would honor it, but today Amex has officially sent out emails stating such. Below is a copy of the email:
