When I went to americanexpress.com/gift, I was able to use the promo code OCTPNL to save the $3.95 purchase fee. This brings the profit from purchasing this gift card to $4.05 when you get your $10 statement credit. You can get free shipping if you have the premium shipping plan with Amex (they offer a 90-day free trial.) Now, your profit is $10/ card.
