Starwood Preferred Guest has launched a promotion for its social media fans, where you can earn 2,015 bonus Starpoints on your next stay between November 30 and December 31, 2015. To partake in this offer, be sure to register and then stay before the end of the year.
Offer Details:
Your feedback means a lot to us. Here’s an exclusive opportunity to earn 2,015 Starpoints® to thank you for all the valuable insights you’ve shared online this year. To enjoy your bonus, simply book direct with SPG® and complete one stay with us between November 30 and December 31, 2015. Thanks again for the input and keep up the great conversation.
Terms and Conditions:
REGISTRATION: SPG® members must register online at spgpromos.com/blogger by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) by December 31, 2015. Registered members can earn 2,015 bonus Starpoints® for one eligible consumed stay between November 30, 2015 and December 31, 2015 (the “Promotion Period”) at all participating Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Â
EARNING: Registered members will earn 2,015 Starpoints on one eligible consumed stay booked through Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ digital channels. Offer is eligible with other Starpoints promotions; however, each offer will award bonus Starpoints independently of each other, and offers are not combinable.Â
BONUSING: Bonus Starpoints will post to the registered member’s account within two to four weeks after December 31, 2015.
ELIGIBLE STAYS: An Eligible Stay is defined as any stay that is booked through a Starwood Website or an SPG App and on an Eligible Rate in the same hotel regardless of the number of check-ins or checkouts that occur and post to the member’s Starwood Preferred Guest® account. An Eligible Rate is any rate that is eligible to earn Starpoints in the Starwood Preferred Guest program. A description of SPG-participating hotels and resorts and of Eligible Stays and Eligible Rates can be found at spg.com under Terms & Conditions of the SPG Program. See Section 1.4 b iii for the complete definition of Eligible Rates. Note that certain room reservations — e.g., when the booking is made through a third party, including but not limited to travelocity.com, expedia.com, orbitz.com  and delta.com — are not considered Eligible Rates and do not earn Starpoints or qualify for promotional earnings.
Bottom Line
I think this is a great way for Starwood to say thanks to their loyal fans on social media sites as well as blogs (such as this one) and travel forums such as Flyertalk and Milepoint.
Be sure to register for this offer if you have an upcoming stay before the end of the year.
Thanks Starwood!
