Good new for Hyatt Gold Passport members, including newly minted Hyatt Diamond members. The Gold Passport website is back up and running and stays from the past several weeks have now been posted.
As we wrote a few weeks ago, the site would be shutting down for four days as they enhanced the website, meaning you wouldn’t be able to book awards during that time. However, stay credits from recent stays weren’t going to be posting for several weeks.
However, I can now confirm that stay credits and Hyatt Gold Passport points have been posted, so be sure to check your account to make sure your points have posted from the past few weeks.
As you can see my recent stay from the Andaz Wall Street about 2 weeks ago just posted now, with all the points as well as the applicable stay/night credit.
Bottom Line
Hopefully Hyatt Gold Passport has made the necessary improvements for their website to make it more reliable in the new year for everyone including newly minted Diamond members.

My Christmas Day stay posted. Still missing a stay from the week they were having problems.
