A brawl broke out on a Spirit Airlines flight last week, involving many passengers. As reported by CBS News, on Wednesday, the flight landed at Los Angeles International Airport from Baltimore and some passengers were playing their music loudly. Brawl On Spirit Airlines Flight Caught On Tape

LOS ANGELES — A brawl involving multiple passengers on a Spirit Airlines flight that had arrived at Los Angeles International Airport from Baltimore on Wednesday was caught on camera by a passenger, CBS Los Angeles reports.

In the cellphone video, women can be seen pulling hair and at least one punch was thrown.

“I’d be really afraid,” said LAX traveler Shamaila Taj. ”

Flight attendants and passengers were able to quickly diffuse the fight, witnesses said, and no one was seriously hurt.

Airport police and the FBI also arrived on the scene. No arrests were made, but one person was cited.

Bottom Line

It’s always interesting to see how these episodes of passengers behaving badly break out. It is usually over something so silly. I’m certainly with the passenger who commented that a plane is the last place that I would want to be stuck with a plane full of people throwing punches and pulling hair. There is no place to go to get away from the fighting, that would suck. I’m glad in this instance, the flight attendants and passengers were able to get the fight under control so quickly and this didn’t get too crazy.
