made several reservations successfully under these rates. they actually cover more dates than you list here, especially on weekends in Jan/Feb. worth noting that several DansDeals commenters think this is not a promotion or error, but actually the going rate, saying that this hotel has struggled to fill rooms on weekends compared to its IHG brethren elsewhere in the City.
