My experience with Topcashback was really horrible, and I stayed with them way longer than I should. I spent way too much of my time emailing them as to the status of refunds, and getting their canned responses. I never got a number of rebates that I genuinely was entitled to… my experience with ebates.com is totally different and I didn’t come here to spend my time promoting them, only to point out my significant experience that differed with Topcashback. Yes, Topcashback does advertise much better percentage returns, but that is little comfort if you never receive it. Will never return to Topcashback.
I am not sure if I will have a issue but after reading Steve’s reply I feel hesitate to use TCB’s link for this promo. I am buying $700 worth of stuff so an extra 20% cashback means a LOT. But I will use a different cashback portal as you could see a sentence hided in the description: “Rates shown include the 20% Cash Back Boost”. Does it means the rate you see is already applied 20%? Which means no top up? But the promo T&C clearly says on top of the current rate your cashback will be added 20% more. That is some fishy stuff going on here.
