I had to expand it to understand what it was for but, basically it is a very flexible offer for $5 back when you spend $20 or more at a ‘Member Favorites Business’ on the Shop Small Map. I went to the map and there are tons of stores and restaurants with the Member Favorites logo.

I, too, cannot find the small map or online directory even though I just spoke to a SUPERVISOR who told me to go to: americanexpress.com/memberfavoffer.
Yes, I have tried that site more than once, and didn’t find the “small shops” directory.
Does it really exist?
