Singapore Airlines is the premier Asian carrier, carrying 19 million passengers a year to over 60 designations. National Geographic has put together an awesome documentary of the airline ranging from how they train their new hire flight attendants to how the airline handles their toughest challenges.
The video is 45 minutes however if you’re an airline fan at all, it will be worth the watch!

Very interesting video. If only US airlines could be this committed to providing such a high level of service. Unfortunately it is just a sad pipe dream.
