On a recent fight out west, I was served what I thought was one of the best meals in Delta First Class that I have had in a long time. It was a Thai Chicken With Coconut Rice served with spinach, a role, a salad, and for dessert a lemon buttermilk frozen yogurt. The chicken was lightly sauced over a large bed of coconut well fluffed rice. There was a good sized portion of spinach to one side and a grilled pita or naan like bread. The salad was nice mixed greens, ample grape tomatoes and green beans on top. Served with a normal roll.

For dessert a tasty individual serving of Lemon Buttermilk frozen yogurt which I found refreshing but, hard to finish because it was very tart.

Bottom Line

This meal meal was simple but, flavorful. The rice was very well done for reheated rice. Both the spinach and chicken were juicy and delicious. I finished the whole thing and found it to be a delicious lunch option when on board Delta First class.
