This takes emotional support animal requests to a whole new level. Someone seriously requested a peacock join them on a United flight from Newark.
Seriously? Peacock On United Flight Denied
United shared in a statement that they informed the passenger on three separate occasions the animal did not meet requirements, yet the person still showed up to the airport. She apparently even bought a ticket for the animal, but was denied with that approach as well.
Bottom Line
This is just crazy. And this all comes on the heels of Delta’s announcement they will be cracking down on “emotional support” animals that don’t meet requirements. What would you do if you sat down next to a peacock for a flight?

Where the heck can you even get a peacock?
