On the heel’s of the recent news on expanded Delta Caribbean service from New York (JFK), which include a second daily flight to Nassau, Bahamas; new service to Kingston, Jamaica and weekly service to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Delta will now be adding nonstop Saturday service from New York (JFK) to Antigua starting Dec. 22, 2018.
Delta will operate this route with Boeing 737-800 aircraft with 16 First Class seats, 36 Comfort+ and 108 Main Cabin seats, with an early morning departure from New York, and an afternoon return.
Per Delta,
“We are working to provide the most extensive array of options and routes to our customers throughout Latin America and the Caribbean,” said Luciano Macagno, Managing Director – Latin America & Caribbean. “It is exciting to expand our offering with a new flight from our second-largest international hub at New York-JFK to Antigua. This new service demonstrates our commitment to the Caribbean market.”

Currently, American Airlines and JetBlue Airways both offer non-stop service to Antigua, with Delta presently serving it seasonally from Atlanta.
