I signed up for TopCashBack back when they were offering a free DVD and it worked out great for me. I still use them all the time as my go to shopping portal because they tend to have the highest percentages. Some people have reported issues with getting payouts from them, but I have had zero issues. In fact, my experience with TopCashBack as been the opposite.

The % cash back accumulates in your TopCashBack account and you can transfer it out via several different ways once it is available. Including transfers to your bank account, PayPal, or via gift cards like Amazon.
