In January, IHG PointsBreak Got A Makeover. On Monday, IHG Rewards Club has announced that the next PointBreaks promotion will be available at 12PM EDT. This round of PointsBreaks will be valid for stays through October 30, 2018. They also offered us a preview of 5 hotels that will be included on the list.

Looking for IHG Points?

It might make sense to buy IHG points with up to a 100% bonus through a promotion they’re running right now. At 100% bonus, you would be getting IHG points for only 0.5 cents each.

Bottom Line

With the newest PointsBreak list coming out and if you compare the cost of buying the points to the hotel nightly cost that you are looking to book, this promotion could save you some good money! For example, a few years ago we stayed at the InterContinental Thalasso Bora Bora which for an overwater bungalow can run you $900+ a night. If you can get award availability, you can certainly do better paying with points.

TheIHG® Rewards Club Premier Credit Card also has a sign up bonus worth looking at right now.
