Delta SkyBonus is Delta’s small business loyalty program, in which businesses can earn rewards on top of SkyMiles for their travelers. Per SkyBonus, participation is limited to small and mid-size companies with a minimum of $5,000 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) in eligible flight revenue and a minimum of five unique employee travelers each year.
In order to verify the details, SkyBonus does perform account audits, and if your account has been targeted you will receive an email from SkyBonus.
Delta Air Lines routinely performs audits of SkyBonus customer accounts. Currently, your SkyBonus account is undergoing an audit. During this time your company will be able to accrue points but you would not be able to redeem points or access the account.
Please reply by email to the following:
- A list of all your bona fide employees who travel on behalf of the company, along with each person’s job title (please note: only bona fide employees of your company, traveling on company business, would qualify to earn credit for the SkyBonus account)
- Company website (or state that your company does not have a web presence)
- Confirmation of business address and whether this is a home or commercial address.
- Confirmation of email address (please use company email domain if available) and company phone number
