The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad is the newest Ritz-Carlton property to open in New York City featuring 250 guest rooms and suites. You’ll also find the Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, a full service spa, and José Andrés Zaytinya restaurant at the property.

With paid rates starting at over $1,000 night, you might want to consider redeeming Marriott Bonvoy points for a stay here, which run around 100,000 points per night. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member, I received a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor room and 1,000 bonus points welcome amenity.

Bottom Line

I couldn’t recommend the Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad more if you’re looking for a brand new understated luxury property in the city. Overall, the hotel has more of an EDITION feel with it being the first Ritz-Carlton where employees don’t wear name tags.

The property also just opened their new Nubeluz rooftop cocktail bar, offering panoramic views of the city. Still to come is the hotel’s other restaurant the Bazaar by José Andrés, which is slated to open the winter.

This is the 2nd Ritz-Carlton property in New York City complementing the existing The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park
