For our trip to Spain on Lufthansa we had to take an extra flight down to Orlando. We ended up taking a DL 757 flight and were upgraded to first class on our outbound.

The guy who ended up sitting in 1C was complaining about something the crew did to him. In my opinion it was a very smooth flight. When we landed the flight attendant had the captain come to his seat and ask if everything was alright. He mentioned that he had already called Delta customer service and made his “complaint” against the cabin crew. Not sure what his complain was for though as the flight seemed to go very smooth with several rounds of drinks/snacks.

From your tone, it seems like you doubt the other passenger’s complaint. I love how people think their complaints are important but everyone else’s complaints are baseless. Really, how do you the other passenger wasn’t truly aggrieved?
