I checked my American Express account this morning for my “Offers For You” and was shocked to see this amazing AT&T Wireless offer in my account. Now, I love a good “Offers For You” just like anyone else and get excited to get a statement credit for $20 or $25 on a purchase that I was already planning on making but, this offer makes my head spin! I had to read it twice just to make sure I was seeing it right. Now, I am an AT&T Wireless customer so, that obviously really helps my excitement level but, to get just a straight free $150 credit is sick and makes my Business Platinum Card® from American Express just that much more valuable!

This offer is one of the most generous that I have been able to take advantage of via an Amex Offers For You. I am a big fan of Amex as there are so many benefits of being an Amex cardholder. This offer has been out there for at least month (if not more). It seems to be available on all the business cards such as Gold, SPG Biz, etc. so if you have multiple biz cards you can take advantage of this offer on all of them.
AT&T allows you to pay more than the bill amount so whenever your next bill is due just pay $150 and the remainder of the amount will be credited towards your next bill.
I am surprised it is still around and available as it came out back in November. It is amazing that enrollment is still open.
I use Prepaid and max I can pay is $100 on a reload. Any other idea on how to utilize the $150 business credit without switching to a contract plan?
Not sure if it will even work with gophone as it has to be accessed via the small business site. I have gophone also.
Careful here. I’ve had autopay set up on my account for some time. Bill runs about $95 per month. Last month tried to pay $155 to get the $150 credit. Even though website asked if I really wanted to pay more than was due and I said YES, when the charge went through it was only for the $95 billed. I also cancelled autopay last month and will try again to pay $155 this month. Be warned — if you have autopay, you may want to call *611 and talk to a person if you need to overpay to get the credit.
