Ritz Carlton is one of my favorite hotel chains for the sheer quality of their service. My favorite line used at every Ritz I’ve ever stayed at is, “that would be my pleasure,” in response to any request. I usually save up my Marriott points to use them for one big Ritz trip/ year for our family. If you stay at Ritz Carlton, you know that it’s great to have Elite status. Status will get you the usual room upgrades, welcome gift and more but, at the Ritz Carlton for some reason these enhancements seem so much more valuable to me then at your average hotel.
