The math:
- If you buy 2 $200 gift cards (fees are about $5.95 each = $11.90) total $411.90
- Get your $20 Visa via rebate
- And when you pay with your 5% cash back card, you will earn about $20.59 in cash back*
Total profit = $20+20.59= $40.59
Minus the fees of $11.90 = $28.70

I used my $20 Staples rebate gift card from april to pay the ~13 activation fee (required a bit of social engineering with manager/csr) and then used ink plus.
$200 all gone. was gonna pull out my ink card, then realized AMEX offer (SPG business) had a $75 credit for $250 spend (staples & home depot), so gave up 1500 pts for $. will get $95 back for my 3x$100 (+fees) spend.
