I started using Google Express back when I posted a deal that got you free shipping from them for 6 months. Since then, they dropped the annual fee membership that got you free shipping in favor of a minimum order for each store to get free shipping without membership. Which I like. I also posted a deal where you could sign up for a 20% code (20% off, up to $30 savings*) which I received via email when Walmart joined up. The title of that email was ‘Save time and 20% on your next order.’ If you didn’t get that email, you can try:
- 20% off your first order with a max savings of $30, with code: NEW20
Google Express Is Getting More Awesome!
I went to place an order for some snacks this morning and noticed that they are adding tons of stores including Target! If you haven’t tried out Google Express yet, I would recommend it! You can get a referral credit of $10 off your $10 order.
I like Google Express because you can deliver Costco items to your home instead of having to go out (usually come in 1-2 days!) You don’t have to have a Costco membership but, if you don’t you get charged the 10% service fee for not being a member. Have you tried Google Express yet?
How to tell if Costco Price is inflated on Google Express….if this sign isn’t displayed for the items, the price should be the same as in store….
As previously posted….Have you tried Google Express yet? I’ve posted Google Express deals before but, it looks like there are a couple nice changes coming to Goggle Express. I’m a fan of any service that offers a good deal on items shipped to my front door rather then me having to run around town and fight traffic.
Google Express Adding Walmart +20% Deal And More
Previously I posted a deal where you could score $10 Off $10 Google Express + 6 Month Free Delivery Trial. Their free delivery was at a $95 annual fee for unlimited use membership after the 6 month trial that I posted about. But, starting today, as long as you hit the store’s minimum you can get free shipping without this trial or membership! I think that this is much more consumer friendly!
Free delivery,
no membership. If your order’s above the store minimum—$25 or $35 in most cases—your delivery’s free. No memberships here.
The Deal
If you haven’t signed up get for Google Express you can still get a referral credit of $10 off your $10 order too! I signed up about 6 months ago have placed many orders. My orders are delivered for free the next day! Hard to beat that!
Get 20% Off Deal
Walmart is also coming to Google Express! If you want to sign up for a notification of when it’s available, you will also get 20% off (max $30) on your next order when Walmart arrives. See that deal here.
Bottom Line
So far, I really like Google Express. It is nice to see more stores being added! Walmart and Target certainly add a ton of convenience!
Google Express is getting far WORSE if you shop at Costco and various other places, where they inflate prices and don’t tell you the in-store selling price.
I notice that Costco has a sign that says when the “prices may be different then in store.” When that sign isn’t displayed on items, it means that they are the same. I’ll add that to the post but, I appreciate being able to order one or 2 things from Costco and have them delivered for free rather then having to run around town. I guess it depends on if you like that convenience or not.
Google Express is a joke. They don’t care about theIraq customers or employees. 1 year ago they took over 500 jobs away here in CA. They gave us 3 weeks notice and shut down all branches . 1-800 Courier was contracted by them to deliver to customers homes. 1-800 Courier just filed bankruptcy to get out of paying their employees monies owed them. They both don’t care about their employees! Or their customers.
@Karin Bernal I live in NYC and use Google Express very often. So far i like their service. Personally, i think it is better to create more jobs than maintain an unprofitable business in order to keep current jobs. Also, too much regulation would probably deter future business from opening in the local area. I think the philosophy is to encourage more economic activities and let the labor/business market decide what is good or bad.
