In a well hidden promotion, a logo for a flight companySouthwest is currently offering A-List Member ship with 1/4 of the effort through their PHL A-List Faster promotion.  Register, book, and fly just 4 round trip or 8 one-way flights before July 19 to earn A-List status through the end of the calendar year.

Registration

Required, and can be accessed by logging into your Rapid Rewards account, clicking the “Promotion” link on the left side, and finding the PHL A-List Faster promotion.

Details

It would seem that the terms of this promotion would require flights or an address out of Philadelphia.  Not according to the terms.  I’ve copied the minimal text of the promotion here:

Philadelphia A-List Faster 04/19/10 to 07/19/10; Book and fly just 4 roundtrips (or 8 one-way trips) from April 15 through July 19, and earn Rapid Rewards A-List Membership through December 31, 2010.
Bottom Line

Too good to be true?  The promotion isn’t advertised openly on Southwest.com, and a quick Google search for more detailed terms of the offer yielded no meaningful results.  While there isn’t much time left to get your flights in, it’s certainly worth registering if you need quick A-List.  Happily, I happen to be in just that position myself!

Philadelphia A-List Faster 04/19/10 to 07/19/10; Book and fly just 4 roundtrips (or 8 one-way trips) from April 15 through July 19, and earn Rapid Rewards A-List Membership through December 31, 2010.

  1. Actually it does require flying via PHL. Here is the first part of the T’s & C’s…
