I flew down to Miami this weekend on American Airlines to watch the ING Marathon. This was my first round trip of the year on American and both of my flights were upgraded to first class, which was appreciated but doesn’t do much for me. I fly coach. I logged into my American Airlines iPhone app and it looks like I am well on my way to Executive Platinum status. In fact, I think I earned it for the next 9 years!
Good start to 2012
Now I just need to figure out if I call the AAdvatange general member customer service line and ask for Executive Platinum for nine years or be less greedy and request 4.5 years of Concierge Key.
