Delta is betting that Haiti’s travel demand is on the rise. Starting on June 1, Delta will increase service to Haiti’s PAP airport from Atlanta.
Delta is increasing service from 1x weekly to 3x weekly.
DL will service PAP via ATL thrice weekly June 1 through 8Aug–Tues, Thurs, and Sat.

If you plan to hop on one of these new flights, check out Rapid Travel Chai’s recent detailed activity and sight reviews from his recent trip.
- Grand Cemetary Port-au-Prince
- Champs de Mars
- Sans-Souci Palace
- Cap-Haitien
- Visit the first Columbus landing spot in Americas
- And don’t forget to avoid the horses pee on your legs
Bottom Line
Fantastic first hand reports from Rapid Travel Chai of Haiti’s great sights.
I haven’t had time to check, but I can’t help but wonder if low Delta award availability exist on these new flights. Do you see any low Business or Coach Class availability?

The increase in demand is clearly from Rapid Travel Chai’s posts! Kidding aside, I actually am interested in going to Haiti after reading his trip report. How’s the Park Hyatt Port-au-Prince, anyway. 🙂
