  1. Presuming Hilton is going to report the winner and the winning amount to the IRS, what taxable value is Hilton going to assign to these points?

    Given the premium room reward pricing scam scheme Hilton has, perhaps the winner isn’t as much of a winner as would have been the case two years ago or before.

  2. @Stephan – you must mean US residents. You can be a US resident and not be a citizen and have great credit history.
