Delta just announced that they are offering Double Medallion Qualifying Miles on select routes to/from Seattle.
To participate in this offer, you must first register by December 31, 2014 and then fly between now through October 31, 2014, between Seattle (SEA) and Anchorage (ANC), Los Angeles (LAX), Las Vegas (LAS), Portland (PDX), San Diego (SAN), or San Francisco (SFO).
In addition to earning double MQM’s, you’ll earn double redeemable miles as well. There is no limit to the bonus miles and MQMs that can be earned within the qualification period.
Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: To participate in this public offer, you must be a new or existing SkyMiles member and must first register online and book by December 31, 2013 (ending 11:59:59 PM, U.S. CDT on 12/31/13), and fly between October 18, 2013, and October 31, 2014. This offer is non-transferable. Promotional registration is required before purchasing and taking flight, and only tickets purchased (following promotional registration) will qualify for this bonus.
Bonus Offer: Book by December 31, 2013, then fly on Delta or Delta Connection-marketed and -operated flights to or from Seattle/SEA and the following cities: Anchorage/ANC, Las Vegas/LAS, Los Angeles/LAX, Portland (PDX), San Diego/SAN, and San Francisco/SFO between October 18, 2013, and October 31, 2014, and earn double bonus miles and Medallion Qualification Miles (MQMs) on all flight segments purchased with a published fare that earns full mileage accrual. There is no limit to the bonus miles and MQMs that can be earned within the qualification period. Travel may originate or terminate in any city; however, bonus miles will only be earned based on travel flown on Delta-operated flights to or from Seattle/SEA and the eligible cities listed. Delta has not had a widespread double Medallion Qualifying Miles promotion lately, so if you’re looking to rack up some more MQM’s before the end of the year, consider planning a mileage run to/from Seattle.

Just looked into booking a trip in December to Seattle from SFO… the only direct flights are operated by Alaska. Terms say it must be both marketed and operated by DL or DL Connection.
Any idea if I can accumulate miles between SEA-ANC if I am on a NYC-SEA-ANC flight?
The PDX flights don’t start until Sept 2014. 🙁
