Terms And Conditions

Only the Rapid Rewards Member who received this offer from Southwest Airlines is eligible for this promotion. Offer is nontransferrable. Member must register between December 5, 2013 and December 19, 2013. Registration, including charity selection, must be completed prior to commencement of travel. A maximum of one charity can be chosen by each Member during the registration period. No changes can be made after the charity organization is chosen during the registration process. Valid on new reservations booked within the promotional time period. Member’s flight must be booked through Southwest Airlines between December 5, 2013 and December 19, 2013. Member’s flight must be completed between January 1, 2014 and February 28, 2014. A qualifying flight for Rapid Rewards is a one-way flight booked through Southwest Airlines from an origin city to a destination city, including any intermediate stops and/or connections on Southwest Airlines. The points matched by Southwest Airlines are not tax deductible to the Rapid Rewards Member. Charities will receive all matching standard points within four to six weeks after completion of the promotional period. Rapid Rewards account number is required at booking, or the reservation will not count toward the promotion. Award, Companion Pass, Southwest Vacations® Packages, Jackpot Deals®, and reward travel do not qualify for this promotion.
