This past weekend I was able to attend the 11th annual New York Times Travel Show. This is actually the largest trade and consumer travel event in North America, and it featured nearly 500 sponsors and exhibitors representing over 150 countries.
Here are some pictures from the show:
“mock” American Express Centurion Lounge
Which was offering complimentary back massages
They also had an American Express Business Lounge for cardholders.
In addition to the exhibitors, there were several seminars, including Arthur and Pauline Frommer, Julia Dimon, Brian Kelly and Peter Greenberg.
Bottom Line
It’s always nice to see all the countries that attend and this year was no exception.
Did you attend the New York Times Travel Show this weekend? What were your thoughts on it?
Rapid Travel Chai attended Industry Day, so feel free to check out his review on that.

I did attend, and for the first time. I was there for the Adventure Travel meet-up, but it was also great to walk around the show floor on Friday before hand and not only talk to people, but to get an idea of where the misses and I might be heading next!
