Hilton announced their summer promotion which will run from May 1st through July 31, 2014. You can either choose to earn double Hilton points or double airline miles.

Also be sure to check out the list of those hotels that are not participating in this promotion. Bonus points or miles can take up to six to eight weeks to post.

Starwood announced their summer promotion last week which is very similar in which you’ll earn double Starpoints on all stays during the summer and if it includes a Sunday night it’s up’d to triple points.

If looking for Hilton points, consider the Hilton Honors American Express Card.
