Last week, Airspace opened their newest lounge at the San Diego airport located post security between Terminal 2 East and West.
Access to this lounge includes an array of complimentary beer, wine and spirits, along with complimentary espresso, cappuccino, soft drinks, small snacks and fruit, printing and scanning, use of house computers, Wi-Fi, shower facilities, plus a $10 credit to purchase items from Airspace’s premium menu including food and premium alcoholic beverages.
This new lounge, along with Airspace Lounges at BWI, CLE and JFK T5, is part of the American Express Airport Club Access Program. Platinum Card members, with their immediate family or up to two guests, can enjoy complimentary access.
To gain admission, simply present the club agent with your Platinum Card and your ticket valid for same-day travel to or from San Diego on any airline.
Otherwise, you can buy a pass online for $25 if you don’t receive complimentary access.
Hours: 5:00AM-10:00PM, and may stay open later during periods of heavy delays
Bottom Line
If you’re flying out of Terminal 2 (which is most airlines except Southwest and Alaska Airlines) this lounge would be convenient to use. I still haven’t been to an Airspace Lounge yet, but wanna check one out soon.
Have you had a chance to stop by this lounge or another AirSpace lounge before?
