Sunrise from Dorado, PR
Many of you will already be on the road by the time you read this. Others are just waking up after a long night hitting the spreadsheets from your average hotel room in New Jersey. While still some of you are just now deplaning at your destination, halfway around the world from the zip code you use to receive mostly junk mail.
Sometimes we get so caught up in Points, Upgrades, Portals, Sign up Bonuses, Mistake Fares and Elite Status, that we forget to stop and just enjoy the view. Whether you on your way to New York or Sydney or somewhere in between, take a moment in your day and realize how lucky you are to be free from a cubicle. As I sat on my balcony this morning from Dorado, PR, and took in a beautiful sunrise, I thought about all the places I have been and all the places I will go over the course of my life. While some destinations are better than others, try to look at each sunrise and sunset as if it’s the most beautiful in the world.
