  1. My votes go to Park Hyatt Sydney, Park Hyatt Melbourne, and Park Hyatt Dubai – of those 3, I’d have to say PH Sydney is at the top of my list. It simply cannot be beat for the setting and ambiance, plus the staff members are top notch.

For a Category 4 property, I don’t think you can beat Hyatt at Olive 8 for location. It’s right in the heart of the Seattle shopping and dining area, and just steps from the Pike Place Market.

  2. Love Hyatt! Just had to cancel my reservation to Park Hyatt NY for 9/17 – 9/19, so there should be award availability for that date next year. Just thought I’d pass it along to a fellow points enthusiast. Cheers

  3. Good tip, I’m checking out the Aviara for sure. My favorite is easily Grand Hyatt Kauai. Just awesome property even if it’s not as cheap as these.

  4. How many of these properties have you been to? I’m excited to try Baha Mar, but obviously you haven’t been there yet. I question “best of” lists when folks haven’t actually visited.
