  1. i have been using this on the hilton app at certain hotels for months. Glad it is funny launched. I love the feature!

  2. I tried to download the app, and received an error message saying the app was not compatible with my LG G3. I called HHonors to ask why, a state-of-the-art smartphone was incompatible with its app, and was told, “I’ve been getting a lot of calls asking the same thing. All I can say is, they are working on this problem.” How could Hilton release, AND publicize an app, which won’t work on millions of phones?
