Bottom Line
Always double check the prices to see if this offer makes sense for you, but if you are located in one of the states Energy Plus offers service to, then this offer may be a good deal for you.
Not a deal at all. You will pay in the long run with higher rates.
Can you cancel the subscription after 2 billing cycles, without the miles clawed back?
this only works if you live in a small apartment and consume almost no electricity during the time. The rates that they charge are usually about 3-5 times the regular electricity rates. It’s kind of a scam.
Perhaps you can do it if there are two months when you are mostly away traveling and have unplugged everything (including your fridge).
It’s a scam. I fell for it and paid far more than the miles were worth.
